How the WhatsApp messaging cost works
The first 1,000 WhatsApp messages each month are included in the plan, at no extra
cost — the vast majority of businesses never reach that number. From message 1,001,
we pass on the real cost billed by Meta (€0.0167 per message) plus a 10% management
fee, shown as a separate line on your monthly invoice — no hidden margin, no
rounding up. The Essential plan carries no such cost because it doesn't use
WhatsApp at all.
For example: if you send 1,500 messages that month, the first 1,000 cost nothing.
The remaining 500: 500 × €0.0167 = €8.35 real cost + €0.84 management fee (10%) =
€9.19, on top of the plan's fixed fee. If you stay under 1,000 messages, you pay
nothing extra for WhatsApp that month.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need WhatsApp Business?
Only if you choose a plan with WhatsApp. The Essential plan works entirely from your page, with no reliance on WhatsApp or its per-conversation costs.
Why do WhatsApp plans have a variable cost?
Because Meta charges €0.0167 per message sent beyond the first 1,000 free each month, and that cost depends on how much you use WhatsApp, not on us. We pass it on exactly as Meta bills it plus a 10% management fee, only for what you go over 1,000 messages, without guessing at an average volume that would either overcharge you if you send few messages, or fall short if you send a lot. Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can move up or down whenever you like. No lock-in and no penalty for switching.
What about legal invoicing?
We're preparing it for TicketBAI and VeriFactu. It will be included in the Pro plan once the integration is complete; until then, it is clearly marked as coming soon rather than available.
